What is the cut off time for ordering?

We realise it's not always possible, but please provide at least 24 hours notice for orders. Any orders placed after 2pm the day before delivery is due, we advise confirming receipt and availability over the phone. Please contact us on (07) 3613 0022.

All hot food deliveries will arrive at the exact time listed on your order so we advise estimating the exact time you will be serving to ensure it is served hot.

What is the cut off time for cancelling my order?

Please provide as much notice as possible when cancelling, advising the day prior to delivery as a minimum. All same day cancellations will be invoiced in full. For all customised orders over the value of $800 inc. GST, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply if notice is not received at least 48 hours before delivery.

How do you serve/deliver my catering?

Our daily corporate catering arrives displayed in high quality, durable black plastic platters. These platters are ready for service and present well. Hot food arrives in foil containers to keep temperatures at a maximum. We do cater with crockery and cutlery at an additional fee which you will need to advise of your requirements in the comments section of your order.

How do I pay my account?

You will receive an invoice via email on the day you receive your catering. Direct deposit details are listed on the invoice. To pay online: Login to your account and click 'previous orders'. Click on 'pay now' next to the order you wish to pay. Fill in your card details and you will receive an email receipt once you have processed the payment.

I can't login to my account

When you sign up as a member, you will receive an automatically generated password on the email you use to register. If you have forgotten your password or can't find it, reset your password by clicking 'forgotten your password?' on the login section. A new password will be sent to your email address. If you still cannot login with this password, please contact us (07) 3613 0022 or contact@artofcatering.com.au.

I have a special dietary requirement

We can cater for dairy, gluten and meat free dishes. When logging your order, simply type in the comments section how many and what kind of dietary requirements you wish to cater for and we will be in touch with a solution.

How much should I order

We recommend ordering 1 and a half sandwiches per person (especially for a crowd of gentlemen). Hot and cold platters are designed as finger food only or as a supplement to sandwiches or hot meals. In general, medium platters serve 7-10 people and large platters serve 12-15 people. If you are unsure of what or how much to order for your function, please contact us contact@artofcateirng.com.au.
